Food: Roxy's Grilled Cheese

Recently Food Network was in town filming the great food truck race and I was lucky enough to taste quite possibly the most delicious grilled cheese I have ever eaten ever. Pepper jack and prosciutto and it my not sound like anything special but I could probably eat one everyday! We also sampled Hodge Podge, amazing truffle tater tots and fish tacos:
