Food: Roxy's Grilled Cheese

Recently Food Network was in town filming the great food truck race and I was lucky enough to taste quite possibly the most delicious grilled cheese I have ever eaten ever. Pepper jack and prosciutto and it my not sound like anything special but I could probably eat one everyday! We also sampled Hodge Podge, amazing truffle tater tots and fish tacos:

Day of Distraction

Sometimes when life is changing and you find yourself approaching a loss you need a day of distraction! Or when you find this working so well you have a couple, filled with fishbowls, floating on the river, popsicles and food trucks:

Bridesmaid Dresses

In July I will have the honor of being a maid of honor and I also get to select the dresses, I am going with Rent the Runway, we can all wear purple (the brides color of choice) and not spend hundreds of dollar! I am not musically cool in any way but this weekend was AMAZING! How could it not be, it was filled with the Foo Fighters covering for Cee Lo, waffle house for every meal, Girl Talk, beignets, Barbie's husband Ken, fireworks, psychedelic ferris wheels, Paul Simon, feather hair extensions sunsets and great friends:

Food: GrindHouse Killer Burgers

The new location on Piedmont recently opened and thus beckoned me in with rumors of boozy milkshakes and step-by-step custom burger orders. I was in no way disappointed! Amazing food and the cheesy poof app was unreal!
